T&E Tiles in kingdom not counted as supporters

(I sent a message about this but log it in the forum as well just in case.)

In game #2661, Lion placed a blue tile on D8 and triggered a black war between Lion and Bull. There were 4 black tiles on the Lion side and 0 tiles on the Bull side and no tiles were committed. Nevertheless, the 4 black tiles weren't counted and Lion lost the war.

I haven't seen this bug before but perhaps it has something to do with an elimination of Arrow a round earlier?

I have left the game in this state for investigation and it would be great if the game could be rewinded. (As it is now, I fear I'll lose the remaining wars as well and the entire game as a result.)
