How to join a game?

I'm looking to play Tigris & Euphrates. How do I join a game under Open Public Game Requests?

As I said before in one similar inquiry, you don't join requests on Triqqy... you can only make the same type of request. Go ahead and try to start a game.

I see. I presume when there are 4 requests for a 4 player game it starts a game with those 4 people who "started a game"?
