Could you test this again? This should be fixed.

I encountered a problem with the chat/whatever window on the start page (I'm not certain with those names. I thougt, the start page was called 'Lobby', but the forum page I see right now does also have the window title 'Triqqy Lobby').

There was an entry "Zarkov requests a game of Tigris & Euphrates". When I klicked on the underlined part, a new game was opened with me as the creator. When I klicked it several times, several new games were opened. Shouldn't it instead lead me to Zarkov's game?

I set up a quick test game and everything seemed to work as it should. (Unless you're talking about an older bugfix that predates my bug report; then I failed to replicate something else that caused the bug.)

But another thing I just noticed: the in-game chat does not work, at all. (It also accepts only a very narrow range of characters and rejects, for example, umlauts, that is äöü ...)

(In case it helps: the game request in question should be a 3/4 player game, so Knivel probably would have had to wait for a third player anyway.)

Are you having issues with the game chat in a Tigris & Euphrates game? Could you check the game chat function again?

For now, this is how it goes. Perhaps the game request was already inactive or no longer 'requested b the player by the time we click on that game link and therefore, it created a new game instead. This report is noted.

Seems to work now. It even displays several messages in a row, where before it only showed your own message and then replaced it with the next one. Characters like öäüßéê etc are still considered illegal characters, though.

May be related: My game request for 3 or 4 players was still open. In the lobby chat I saw Knivel and King Achilles request a game. Clicking on both requests gave the message "You cannot request your own game". Apparently there were at least 3 players, yet no game had started. However, when I submitted another, identical request (3 or 4 players, casual), a 4player game immedately started.

A question – when you request an open game and send out an invite during the process, privacy automatically gets set from open to private. Yet when you finish the request and then send out an invite from the lobby, privacy remains set to open. Is this intentional?
