Apologies. Though too late for this game, Tic Tac Toe issues have been fixed.Silly Knig-it wrote:Down to 14 hours and still can't play
The scoring for this tournament was set to be based on total number of wins in the tourney, rather than just the last round. The 2 bots tied and whamBot won based on tiebreaker, which would have because it was first to join the tourney.bonedigger wrote:In the recent BOT tournament, "Botgammon Blitz". The winner should be Exterminator, not whamBot. Exterminator won 4 games to 3 in the final, but was placed in second in the overall table.
given the understandable misunderstanding what we can definitely do is make Exterminator playable to the public. That way it can get in some practice before the next contestbigWham wrote:The scoring for this tournament was set to be based on total number of wins in the tourney, rather than just the last round. We will be doing a new version soon, and will look at making the eliminations by the round instead.
this issue should be fixed. the other issue mentioned is a little more subtle, and may be an edge case. it would be easier if we had an active game that had just exhibited the behavior, so please advise if it happens again.Zarkov wrote:In the same game, both my opponent and I were unable to play catastrophes anywhere except on empty squares.
