Reads "#3183, Round 23, End Turn" - But there are no 'Start Turn' or 'Surrender' buttons - game indicates it is my turn. Opponent completed their turn.

Another post viewtopic.php?f=1&t=31 indicated that in the same circumstance it corrected itself "the next day" - I waited 24hrs, but still a no-go...

Well, it resolved itself apparently - 30min later no less.

Not sure if related, but after my previous post I completed a turn in another CW game, and then 3183 had both buttons after a page refresh/reload...

Yeah. Sometimes, it takes a click on the Refresh button to have any missing buttons appear if they are not appearing at the time. Or even trying out a different browser or clearing the cache.

Thanks for responding. I guess I should have mentioned what I had done on my end prior to my initial post... Multiple refreshes (both browser reload and in game reload button), multiple cache/cookies clearings, multiple log off/on, multiple browser restarts, then all that again in a different browser. Even did a PC restart. No change.

Immediately before submitting my initial post, I reloaded 3183 and no buttons. All I did after was complete a turn in another CW game and another simple reload of 3183, no further troubleshooting whatsoever.
