I am interested in the idea of developing a bot. I have some basic coding experience (a few simple database applications for work) but am not by any means a programmer. I cannot see very much about how the interface works and so am a little reluctant to request access without first learning a bit more about what might be involved.

Coming up soon we are going to release a way for non-programmers to create their own functional bot. Obviously this will only allow limited control of the bot behavior, but it may be a good place for people to get their feet wet.
