Bugs in T&E game #2304

My apologies for posting it here in addition to the bug thread, but I dont know the standard protocol:

In game 2304 after player 1 started a war between me and player 3, instead of getting a 2nd action for player 1 and then moving to my turn, the game skipped to player 3.
In addition, I did not get to replenish y tiles (this should happen after every turn)

Can anything be done?
