T&E civilization tile placement

It is possible to connect three kingdoms in the same time?
If yes, in which order will be solved the wars between three kings in the same color from each kingdom?

this is an illegal move.
p.6 from the FFG rulebook: "A tile cannot be placed where it would unite more than two kingdoms."
