Conquer World - Game 1938 stuck

Game 1938 is stuck. Just started a turn, played a couple of cards, trying to play card #3, selected it, but its showing card #2 that I already played, and when I try to pick the hex to play it on, it says "no card found". Stuck in the loop of trying to force me to play card #2 which I no longer have.

Same thing happening to me on game 1893 now. I played a card and then go to next step and it asks me which territory to play the card on again.
